The Free plan is permanent, not a countdown. It includes 3 team members, 5 opportunities and 3 proposals, so you can run a real bid before deciding. Upgrade when you outgrow those limits; your data stays yours either way and can be exported at any time.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll prorate the charges accordingly.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payments are routed to a gateway based on your billing country — Paddle as merchant of record for most of the world, Moyasar for Saudi Arabia (supporting mada), and Stripe where it applies. Bank transfer is available for annual Enterprise plans.

No setup fees on any plan. Enterprise may include optional onboarding and training services, which are quoted separately based on your needs.

You can easily add more user seats to any plan. Additional users are charged at the same per-user rate as your base plan, prorated for the current billing period.

Yes! We offer 30% discounts for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team with your documentation to apply.

Every paid plan includes a monthly AI allowance served on our own provider account, so generation, scoring and document extraction work with no setup. The allowance is measured in tokens, is for the calendar month, and does not carry over. You can also add your own provider key for unrestricted model choice, in which case those requests are billed to you by your provider rather than by us — and Pro, Max and Enterprise can require own-key-only if your policy demands it.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you can export all your data.
