After your 14-day free trial, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. Your data remains safe, but you'll need an active subscription to continue creating and editing proposals. You can export your data at any time.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll prorate the charges accordingly.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
No setup fees for Starter and Pro plans. Enterprise and Custom plans may include optional onboarding and training services, which are quoted separately based on your needs.
You can easily add more user seats to any plan. Additional users are charged at the same per-user rate as your base plan, prorated for the current billing period.

We use Claude 3.5 Sonnet and GPT-4 via OpenRouter. AI costs are included in your subscription up to generous monthly limits. Enterprise plans can bring their own API keys (BYOK) for unlimited usage.
